Transparent tubes filled with water and air bubbles wind around the columns of the Marstall, each of which becomes a kind of energetic coil. Surrounded by water rushing through the tubes, the columns become vertical, seemingly rotating force fields that give the space its rhythm. The sound of the pumps, like the movement of the water circulating in the loop, is part of the perceptual space being created by the installation.
